Joseph is Executive Director of Clinical Operations at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Texas and will celebrate 15 years at BCBSTX in May. He's a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Certified Case Manager, and has spent the past 15 years in the Care Management Clinical Operations area.
Joseph is a triplet (all 3 boys), and has two older sisters. He grew up in Fairfield, IL, and went to college at Southern Illinois University in Carbondale, IL. He received his Bachelors's and Masters's Degrees in Social Work. He worked for the Illinois Department of Children and Family Services, and the Egyptian Health Department for over 5 years before moving to Texas in 2007.

Joseph is married to Shawn and they'll celebrate 16 years together this July. They have an eight-year-old daughter, Kali Jo, and a 13-year-old son, Kaygen. MFB Texas warmly welcomes Joseph to the board and the fight against food insecurity.
