First Quarter Blessings

We give God all the glory and honor for all the success we have experienced here at the Georgia Division so far this year. We must acknowledge our wonderful volunteers, private donors and the financial support we have received from Clothes Less Traveled Thrift Store.

The first 4 months of 2015 have been incredible when compared to the numbers from all of last year.

Here's how God has blessed us the first quarter of this year:

Shipments received: 95

(130 total in 2014)

Semi-Truck Miles Driven: 24,175

(50,111 total in 2014)

Cases of food distributed: 89,833

(166,413 total in 2014)

Volunteers that served: 1,632

(2,454 total in 2014)

Volunteer hours: 8,214

(14,017 total in 2014)

With this incredible growth we are in need of a loading dock and additional warehouse space. Planning and praying are underway to expand our capacity to Share the Blessings!

No gift is too small- and no gift is better than another. We are grateful for every praise, prayer, and donation of time or finance that we receive from this community! Thank you for being a part of our family, and thinking of us while you share your blessings.

41 Jesus sat down opposite the place where the offerings were put and watched the crowd putting their money into the temple treasury. Many rich people threw in large amounts. 42 But a poor widow came and put in two very small copper coins, worth only a few cents.

43 Calling his disciples to him, Jesus said, "Truly I tell you, this poor widow has put more into the treasury than all the others. 44 They all gave out of their wealth; but she, out of her poverty, put in everything—all she had to live on." (Mark 12: 41-44)
