MFB Bloomington-Normal welcomes new Volunteer Coordinator

There is a new face at Midwest Food Bank Bloomington-Normal. Shelby Moore has joined our team as the new Volunteer Coordinator.

"Shelby has a unique skill set that will effectively complement our team," says Tara Ingham, Executive Director of MFB Bloomington-Normal. "She has a huge heart for local and global outreach."

Shelby has her BA in Business Marketing and is working on her MA in Ministry Studies through Moody Bible Institute. Originally from Colorado, she was most recently at Eastview Christian Church as the Global Outreach Resident.

"I know God was calling me to work with a ministry that serves globally, but I was not sure what that looked like until now," says Shelby.  "My coming to this role at MFB was clearly facilitated by God and I am very humbled to serve alongside such dedicated volunteers and staff."

In her spare time, Shelby enjoys playing board games, spicy food, and can alway be found drinking a cup of tea.

Please join us in welcoming Shelby to the MFB Bloomington-Normal family.
