Thanks for supporting MFB Morton's Taste and Tour

Thanks to our community, the Taste & Tour fundraiser held at MFB Morton was a remarkable success. This event brought us all together to learn, connect, and commemorate 20 years of impactful work. We recognized Midwest Food Bank's expansion and the donors and volunteers who made it possible.

The behind-the-scenes warehouse tour was a highlight, showcasing our mission in action. Guests saw our Tender Mercies meals, packaging machine, and Disaster Relief and hygiene kits, gaining a deeper understanding of our work.

Kids enjoyed activities like building Tender Mercies meals, navigating a pallet maze, and receiving hand-crafted balloon art. They even had the chance to drive mini semis and experience the seat of a big rig. Completing all activities earned them prizes. The event featured engaging games, such as guessing the number of cereal bowls in an 8-foot, 800-pound tube of cereal. These activities added a fun educational dimension to the day. Even a surprise storm didn't stop the fun.

The Kieser family's dedication to service was evident as they manned the grill, ensuring everyone was well-fed and content. Their commitment to Midwest Food Bank inspires us all.

We sincerely thank everyone who attended the MFB Morton Taste and Tour fundraiser. Your presence and support made the event a resounding success. Together, we continue to make a difference in the lives of those in need. We look forward to many more years of partnership and progress!
